Our story
Founded by brokers who were tired of conflicts of interest
Cornerstone began in 2004 with three brokers and a rule: never represent both sides of a transaction. Two decades later the firm has four principals, a research desk and a client list that spans family-owned manufacturers, regional retailers and institutional landlords.
We are still organised around the same idea. Every client has one broker who is accountable for the outcome, one scorecard that shows the options fairly and one decision date. The rest is craft.
